In the fourth quarter of 2024, the Moniepoint Personal Banking app saw a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 178K and dropping to approximately 101K by the end of December. However, its active user base showed a positive trend, increasing from 1.7M to 2.3M over the same period.

The Access More app experienced a slight decrease in downloads, peaking at 54K in early November before falling to around 36K by the end of the quarter. Despite this, active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 3.9M and 4.1M.

For UBA Mobile Banking, weekly downloads showed moderate fluctuations, with numbers ranging from 41K to 52K. Active users displayed a similar pattern, with figures varying from 3.0M to 3.4M throughout the quarter.

Kuda - Transfers and payments maintained consistent download numbers, hovering around 33K to 41K weekly. Active user trends were more dynamic, showing a peak of 3.1M in mid-November before settling at 2.8M at the year's end.

Finally, FirstMobile saw a steady increase in downloads, starting at 32K and reaching 37K by late December. The active user count followed a similar trajectory, rising from 2.8M to 3.0M.
